Please read with care the terms and conditions of the Important Information section. By accessing this website and the pages thereof, you are indicating that you have read, acknowledged and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Important Information section.

The information herein is current at the date of publication but is subject to change without notice. You should review the Important Information section regularly as your continued use constitutes agreement to all such changes.

The contents of this website are communicated by BlueBay, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The registered office of BlueBay is 77 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 3JR, registered in England and Wales, register number OC370085. BlueBay is entered on the FCA register under register number 571599 and its VAT registration number is 849 020 628. Unless expressly included in any other agreement between BlueBay and you, the requirements of the E-Commerce Directive (00/31/EC) as implemented are excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Products and services

The information contained herein is current at the date of publication, but is subject to change without notice. BlueBay has expressed its own views and opinions on this website, and these may change.

This website is not directed at you if we are prohibited by any law of any jurisdiction from making the information on this site available to you and is not intended for any use that would be contrary to local law or regulation. None of the information contained on this website is intended to constitute any offer to sell or an invitation or solicitation of an offer to buy any product or service provided by BlueBay and must not be relied upon in connection with any investment decision. Products or services mentioned on this site are subject to legal and regulatory requirements in applicable jurisdictions and may not be available in all jurisdictions. Accordingly persons are required to inform themselves of and observe any such restrictions. Nothing in this website should be construed as investment, tax, legal or other advice.

Many of the products referred to in this website constitute "Unregulated Collective Investment Schemes" ("UCIS") for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ("FSMA 2000"), and are not recognised schemes under Section 264 of FSMA 2000. Under UK legislation, UCIS may only be promoted to persons who are sufficiently experienced and sophisticated to understand the risks involved in investing in such schemes, and who satisfy certain other criteria. Accordingly, the information in this website is intended exclusively for persons to whom UCIS may be promoted by virtue of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes) (Exemptions) Order 2005 or the rules of the FCA. Such persons include the following categories, as defined in legislation and by the FCA: Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties, which broadly comprise regulated financial institutions, large pension funds, large corporates, high net worth individuals, sophisticated investors and investment professionals.

The above statement does not apply to BlueBay Funds SICAV and its sub-funds, which are recognised under Section 264 of the FSMA 2000 for marketing to persons in the United Kingdom.

Many of the protections provided by the United Kingdom regulatory structure may not apply to investments in BlueBay funds, including access to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If you are in any doubt as to whether you are permitted to invest in any of the BlueBay funds, you should contact your financial adviser who will also be able to discuss the suitability of such an investment with you and who will be able to obtain further information concerning the investments by contacting us on your behalf. Persons resident outside the United Kingdom should consult their professional advisers as to whether they require any consents or need to observe any other formalities before they can invest in the products described in this website. Persons resident outside of the United Kingdom, including but not restricted to the United States of America and Canada, should refer to the offering document of the relevant BlueBay fund for further specific jurisdictional information (in particular, persons resident in the United States of America should refer to the eligibility criteria and the definition of "US Person" in such documentation).

Subscriptions for shares or units in any of the BlueBay funds will only be made on the basis of the current offering document and other formative documentation for the relevant fund.

Risk warning

There are significant risks associated with investment in the BlueBay funds outlined in this website. Investment in the UCIS on this website is intended for sophisticated investors who can accept the risks associated with such an investment including a substantial or complete loss of their investment. The offering documents or other formative documentation contain more detailed risk warnings relevant to the particular BlueBay fund.

Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance. The value of investments and the income of any financial instruments mentioned in the website may fall as well as rise, and investors may get back less than the amount originally invested. Fluctuations in exchange rates may have a positive or an adverse effect on the value of foreign-currency denominated securities and financial instruments. Certain investments, in particular alternative funds, distressed debt and emerging markets, involve an above-average degree of risk and should be seen as long-term in nature. Derivative instruments and warrants involve a high degree of risk. It may be difficult for an investor to deal in derivative investments or to obtain reliable information about their value. In the case of Over the Counter Derivatives, the investment may only be sold back to the original counterparty from which it was purchased.

The investment products and services described in the website may have tax consequences. Any tax reliefs referred to are those currently available and their value depends on the circumstances of the individual investor. You acknowledge that levels and bases of taxation may change, and that BlueBay does not provide tax advice. You should consult your own tax advisor in order to understand the tax consequences of the products and services described in the website.

The information contained in this website is intended solely for the use of the person who has accessed this information and may not be reproduced, distributed or published to any other person. You may copy material on this website for your own private or domestic use only. All other copying is prohibited.

Whilst BlueBay seeks to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and complete at the date of publication, BlueBay does not warrant the adequacy, accuracy or completeness of this information and does not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in or the use of or reliance on the information on this website. Nothing in the Important Information shall restrict or exclude any liability that BlueBay has to any party that can not be excluded by law. You are advised to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it. BlueBay will not assume any liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising, whether direct or indirect, caused by the use of the information provided. This does not exclude or restrict any duty or liability that BlueBay has to its clients under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (as amended from time to time) or any other regulatory system under the laws of applicable jurisdictions.

By accessing the BlueBay website you consent to the processing by BlueBay and its agents of any personal information given by you. Such processing may occur for any of the following reasons (or any other specific reasons as may be further provided on specific BlueBay website pages): i) keeping client (or potential client) records accurate and up to date; ii) learning more about you in order to develop, improve and manage the services and products we can offer you; iii) keeping you informed of any other BlueBay products or services by post, fax, email and telephone; iv) the prevention and detection of fraud or money laundering and legal or regulatory reporting or activity; v) protecting both yours and BlueBay’ interests; and, vi) the transfer of personal data out of the European Economic Area for purposes in accordance with this statement.

If we transfer your information to a service provider or agent in another country, we will ensure that the service provider or agent agrees to apply, in our view, the same or similar levels of protection as we are required to apply to information held in the UK and use your information only for the purpose of providing the service to you.

For your security, communications may be taped or otherwise monitored by BlueBay.

Unsolicited calls

Investment firms have become aware that investors have received unsolicited phone calls or correspondence concerning investment matters. Should you be contacted in this way, it may be an example of a “boiler room” scam specifically designed to convince you to buy overpriced, untradeable or non-existent shares. Boiler rooms are unauthorised overseas share fraud firms which may use high pressure sales tactics and the names, registration numbers and addresses of firms and individuals authorised by the FCA in an attempt to convince consumers of their legitimacy. Dealing with an unauthorised firm or individual means you will not have access to the complaints procedures of the Financial Ombudsman Service, nor will you be eligible to receive payment under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if things go wrong.

Further information on the operation of boiler room frauds is available by visiting the FCA website at www.fca.org.uk/consumers/scams/investment-scams/share-fraud-and-boiler-room-scams.
